- "Products" refers to windows, doors, frames, glazing, and related items
- "Services" refers to surveying, installation, repair, or maintenance work
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or allowing work to proceed, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Quotations are based on information available at the time of survey
- Any variations or additional work will be agreed before commencement
4. Payments
- A deposit may be required
- Final payment is due upon completion
- Late payments may result in additional charges
5. Installation Dates and Access
- Installation dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control
- Customers must provide safe and clear access to the property
- We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Ensure accurate measurements and information are provided
- Remove curtains, blinds, and personal items before installation
- Protect internal fixtures to allow work to proceed safely
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects.
7. Guarantees and Warranties
- Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years
- Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties up to 10 years.
- Guarantees do not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties
- Issues arising from building movement or pre-existing defects
All warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time.
8. Cancellations and Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, customers may have cancellation rights under consumer legislation. Details will be provided at the time of order.
9. Rectification and Remedies
Where a fault is identified, we reserve the right to repair or replace products before offering a refund.
10. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful
