Two opening modes in a single window. Tilt for secure background ventilation, turn for full inward opening and easy cleaning from inside. Ideal for upper floors and apartments across Tyne and Wear.
Get Your Free QuoteOne handle, two positions — tilt open at the top for restricted ventilation, or turn fully inward for cleaning access and maximum airflow.
Inward-opening design eliminates the risk associated with outward-opening windows on upper floors. The tilt position provides ventilation without a large unrestricted gap.
Fully open inward to clean both faces of the glass from inside — no ladders, no scaffold, no specialist window cleaner required.
The practical choice for upper floors and apartments — combining safety, ventilation, and low maintenance. Installed across Sunderland by Range Windows
Ideal for Flats & Apartments
Inward-opening windows are the standard choice for apartments across Tyne and Wear — they don't encroach on external space, are safe to clean from inside, and comply with most lease requirements.
Controlled Ventilation
The tilt position opens the top of the window by a few inches — enough for fresh air circulation without creating a large gap. Useful in rooms where you want ongoing background ventilation without fully opening the window.
Multi-Point Security
Perimeter multi-point locking engages at multiple points around the frame when closed — and the tilt position cannot be forced to a wider opening from outside.
A single handle controls both opening modes. The position you turn the handle determines how the window opens — giving you full control over ventilation and access.
Handle pointing downward. The window is fully closed with all multi-point locking bolts engaged around the perimeter of the sash. Maximum security and thermal performance.
Handle pointing horizontally. The bottom of the sash pivots away from the frame by a few inches, allowing fresh air in from the top. The restricted gap cannot be forced wider from outside — suitable for use while sleeping or when leaving a room unattended.
Handle pointing upward. The entire sash opens inward on a vertical hinge, like a door. Provides maximum ventilation and full access to both faces of the glass for cleaning. Can be specified to meet escape window requirements.
Available across our full colour range in both standard double glazing and triple glazing for maximum thermal performance. Dual-colour options also available.

One handle, two positions. Turn 90 degrees and the window opens inward from the side for full access. Turn 180 degrees and the window tilts inward at the top for secure background ventilation. Returning the handle downward locks all multi-point bolts.
Upper floors, flats, and apartments — where outward-opening windows would be impractical or unsafe. The inward opening allows easy inside cleaning, and the tilt mode gives controlled ventilation without creating a large open gap.

Yes — one of their main advantages. Opening fully inward in the turn position gives you access to both the internal and external face of the glass from inside the room, with no ladders or specialist cleaning required.

Fantastic experience with Lee from Range Windows. Prompt efficient service, windows swiftly measured up and date of installation agreed. Call on the day of installation to confirm the time and Lee arrived as agreed. Fab installation and exceptionally happy with the product. Will definitely recommend.

Definitely recommend this company! Service is 5 star, they try to help any way they can. Fitting me in to fit a low profile door so my wheelchair could get in my new home. The door is easy to work, draft free and feels very secure and solid. A very caring genuine company which is hard to find nowadays.

Adam and Brad came early, on time and got to work straight away. They worked hard, fitting 3 new bedroom windows then a back door — all finished in the day. Every item was installed well. They cleaned up everything inside and out, taking all rubbish away with them. Thank you for your good work.

Within a day Adam came to the house for a free quote — no pressure, no rush. Very professional and we chose this company just from how Adam represented them. Lee measured everything up within days, giving honest advice where other companies were saying to replace everything. Outstanding service.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Service was spot on start to finish. Lee and the guys are so knowledgeable about their products, even dropping off brochures so I could make a decision in my own time. No pressured sales, just down to earth people. Adam and Brad fitted the door — so professional.
